We offer flexible care for occasional care (which is possible up to 10 times a year), if you want to take extra days outside the fixed days or are looking for care in case of emergencies.
In addition to the fixed days that parents purchase, Freekids also offers the option of purchasing additional days at the location, if the situation at the group allows. Parents can easily request an extra day through the parent portal.
In case of emergencies, parents can always contact our Front Office to request same-day care. We always think with our clients to find an appropriate solution.
Parents who wish to terminate childcare due to loss of employment can still claim the childcare allowance for three months. If the parent wishes to reduce the agreement to 1 day, one month's notice applies. The child can then remain in care and the parent is given the opportunity to seek other employment.
