Complaint Procedure

Freekids is committed to being an enjoyable and safe place for your child to go. We enjoy receiving feedback, both positive and constructive. This can only benefit the care.

It may happen that you have different expectations than we can live up to. Should the contradiction between expectations and experiences lead to a complaint, Freekids is committed to resolving it professionally.

If you have a complaint, it is best to first discuss it with the pedagogical staff or the person in charge at the location. You can also contact the main office:

In the unlikely event that the complaint is not handled satisfactorily, you can submit your complaint to the Freekids complaints coordinator or complaints committee using the contact information above.

Freekids is registered with the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang en Peuterspeelzalen, which handles complaints independently and impartially. Should you be unable to reach a satisfactory solution with Freekids, you can turn to this committee.
